1. WALNUT BUTTER, AVOCADO AND TOAST I chose walnut butter because it contains less calories and damn it tastes so good with avocado and toast. Spread the nut butter on the toast and chop half avocado on it, you can also sprinkle any seeds of your choice. 2. EGG MUFFINS Who knew eggs could be made into a muffin. This yummy food takes about 20 minutes to prepare and it gives you the proper filling to kick-start your day. Whisk your eggs with any veggies of your choice (preferably spinach) with bacon/ham and cheese, pour the mixture into muffin tins, then bake for 15-20 minutes. 3. PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA AND OATMEAL SMOOTHIE Blend frozen bananas, oatmeal, peanut butter, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey and some ice cubes. This combination contains a lot of fibre, vitamins, magnessium and healthy carbs to keep you going. Keep in mind that you might pee a lot. lol. 4. FRUIT AND VEGETABLE SALAD BOWL This is one of my favourites because it contains all the nutrients
