As international students we are pretty used to different systems of tutoring. In fact, the Nigerian in me was expecting a strict style of education in Poland as I thought the UK standard was what all countries in Europe adopted, my parents would even often say to me, "study hard ooo, their grading system is different abroad ooo", my heart will be doing gbim gbim. Alas, there was no cause for alarm. Although, I can't really conclude if it was just my school that was laid back or it was like that in most Polish universities. Anyway, I'm thankful studying in Poland didn't give me depression. However, as laid back as the education system was generally, there were some "teaching shocks" I didn't see coming, especially the gym lessons.         Nice can be defined as the attitude of being pleasant and polite to people. Many of us are taught from a very young age to be nice and kind to everyone we meet because one good turn deserves another... Christianity even further advices that when people do you wrong, you turn the other cheek, which means you be the bigger person.       Whilst this teaching is very good and useful, it doesn't apply to everybody and that's the part that most parents, guardians, caregivers and tutors omit. The mRNA is synthetic, not extracted from actual viruses. It is delivered in a tiny sphere of inert fatty material called a lipid nanoparticle. The RNA-bearing nanoparticles are suspended in saline solution and injected into muscle tissue in the upper arm. The mRNA is then taken up by specialist immune cells, which follow its instructions to make the spike protein, just as they would do if they had become infected with the actual virus.

After getting a hold of a $200,000 ransom, DB escaped via parachute, and neither he nor the money was ever found again. Although the FBI closed the case in 2016 but till today eyebrows are still raised about how he was able to parachute to safety from the plane's height and if his name was really D.B. Cooper.

    Confidence, according to psychology today, is believing in oneself and capabilities, having a strong conviction that you can face the challenges of life and succeed. In addition, confidence comes from a feeling of well being and acceptance of the body and mind, it is something you create within yourself.

 I learned early on in life that unity is power, in fact, the first word on the Nigerian motto is Unity. Judging by the events I have witnessed in my country and the USA these past few weeks I can truly attest to this.
