As freeing and fun as being an adult can be it sometimes comes with a lot of baggage, anxiety, failure, disappointment especially the ones no one prepared you for. 1. YOU "FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT" I am sure many of us has heard of this phrase, as an adult in other to succeed you have to put on a brave face, optimistic mind, imitate confidence and sometimes kiss ass which majority of the time is killing you deep inside. 2. YOUR BODY FALLS APART Say hello to wrinkles and fine lines, really bad acne, very painful period and so on. As an adult you get to the position where you have to do your medical check up regularly and limit your junk food intake because your body just can't contain them anymore.

1. WALNUT BUTTER, AVOCADO AND TOAST I chose walnut butter because it contains less calories and damn it tastes so good with avocado and toast. Spread the nut butter on the toast and chop half avocado on it, you can also sprinkle any seeds of your choice. 2. EGG MUFFINS Who knew eggs could be made into a muffin. This yummy food takes about 20 minutes to prepare and it gives you the proper filling to kick-start your day. Whisk your eggs with any veggies of your choice (preferably spinach) with bacon/ham and cheese, pour the mixture into muffin tins, then bake for 15-20 minutes. 3. PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA AND OATMEAL SMOOTHIE Blend frozen bananas, oatmeal, peanut butter, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey and some ice cubes.
