GET YO SUMMER BODY 2018 (TOP 5 WAYS TO DO THAT)
Loosing weight and Dieting can be such herculean tasks especially if you like food and hate working out like me lol. But Summer is coming and we need to rock that bikini and take some good pictures. I know it's hard but we can do this so below are few steps to get that Bodyyyy.
1. BE DETERMINED - Determination is key, you guys. Once your mind is set on that goal there is every chance you will make it and do not loose focus because you are doing this for a reason.
2. TRY EVERYTHING - Determination without work is nothing. In this journey you have to put in effort, in every attempt, one has to work or all might join forces together and give you your Desired Result.
3. AVOID TEMPTATION - Hmm this gets me all the time. Whenever i start to Diet that's when i crave more, normally i do not take much junk but in this period everything looks good to me but what i do is i try to drink lots of water so i do not go to the grocery store hungry or i just try to Chew Gum, i don't know how but chewing gum distracts me a lot.
4. KNOW YOUR BODY - Ok this is very important, you might have tried everything in the past but they didn't work out, if you are in this category i think you should see a specialist so he/she can tell you what and what not to do. Also know the kinds of products you are using, in this journey some are not good for you but i highly recommend THIS because it works for me.
5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH GOOD PEOPLE - I know you might be thinking this sounds weird but believe me you, the kinds of circle you keep matters in this journey because you can't do this alone you need encouragement and support because that is what will keep you going anytime you feel like giving up.
