8 LIES OUR PARENTS TOLD US

Kids can be easily fooled by anything told them especially by their parents, but i understand that they might just be trying to look out for us since we are always so curious and sometimes strong-headed. But thank God they told us these lies i mean what are we going to tell our children lol, we have to keep the circle going. So here are some lies been said to us enjoy and feel free to include yours in the comment section below xo.

1. Babies are born through the mouth: Haha i know right, i was told this personally by my parents, you know how kids like to ask the where do babies come from question? my dad said they are pushed out from the mouth opening his mouth wide open. with my mom sitting there and nodding in agreement lol.

2. Being in the same room with the microwave on makes one sterile; Really mum really, this was told to my close personal friend and still is being told to him every time. Good job parents.

3. If you sit close to the television you can get blind; Hmm no mums we can't i believe we all have heard about this and i think we are still being told this lie except it's not TRUE, maybe your eyes can get a little watery but definitely not blind.

4. Dog went to live on the farm: Yeah right mummy and daddy, i guess they were trying not to hurt our feelings and we appreciate that, i wonder why we never ask them why....

5. Don't "touch yourself" or your hands will fall off: I wonder how that is gonna happen, but seriously our parents need to pick their lies because this one is just waayy off but i am sure some or most of you believed it haha, but seriously don't touch yourself *wink*.

6. Tooth fairy 1: You all remember when you lost your front teeth as kids, i remember my dad telling me to throw them on the roof that until a lizard swallows them that's when they would grow back lmao good job dad. well i did just that i guess the lizard did swallow it hmm interesting.

 

7. Tooth fairy 2: "Put a tooth under a pillow, you'll get money in the morning". Boy oh boy have we been deceived or what haha, i actually did this and so did YOU am i right? thank God we are wiser now.

8. All things Santa: Wow where do i start from, errm "If you misbehave Santa won't give you a present, Santa is is sick and couldn't make it or errm Santa is Real lol i actually believed santa was real until i watched FRIENDS. thank God for that show.
