Remember how we only had one common type of flour for baking (wheat flour), well this isn't the case anymore. Lately, I have seen people on the internet making flour out of everything including almonds, cashews, rice, bananas (this is new), buckwheat (also new), plantain, groundnut and many more. If you can't find some of the new trends in stores in your country, they are pretty easy to make, all you need is a dry blender and you are good to go.
