SINGLE ON VALENTINES' DAY?

Not having a date on this prestigious day pretty much sucks right? yeah i know the feeling but it doesn't have to be a down day for you. Below are ways you can change the perspective.

1 Hang out with your single friends: Instead of staying home sulking or getting depressed about how you do not have a date, why not hang out with your buddies.  You guys can decide to go to a bar, or get yourselves drinks, some chips or some snacks and pick a location then have fun and play some indoor games.

2 Do some charity work: What is more heartwarming than doing some loving charity work, I mean valentines’ day is a special day to show love so why not extend that love to ‘those in need’ like the orphans, homeless, poor elders, the depressed or mentally unstable and all other people you can think of and you derive greater joy when doing this.

3 Treat yourself: I mean this special day doesn’t always have to be about other people, you can also show some love to ‘YOU’.  How about making yourself happy by shopping, cooking yourself a nice meal or going to a restaurant, doing some medical checkup, getting your nails and your hair done, getting a massage, go see a movie etc. I mean that saying goes that no one can love you like you. OK? *wink*

4 Check up on other people: We all have those people we haven’t spoken to in a long time, why not reach out to them; you might be saving someone’s life. Reach out to your friends, your neighbors, your parents, siblings, your colleagues, classmates etc.
